Responsibilities
- Design & Deploy: Architect and oversee the deployment of scalable quantum network architectures and error-corrected qubit clusters.
- Strategic Roadmap: Define the technical roadmap for migrating legacy classical systems to quantum-ready platforms.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize system throughput, latency, and resource allocation.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead a diverse team of physicists, engineers, and data scientists to solve complex hardware-software integration challenges.
- Security Architecture: Implement post-quantum cryptography standards to secure sensitive data against future quantum threats.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with leading research institutions to stay ahead of breakthroughs in quantum computing.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on quantum mechanics.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in systems architecture, cloud infrastructure, or high-performance computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil) and classical languages (Python, C++).
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to translate complex research concepts into actionable engineering strategies.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting technical concepts to executive stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a track record of solving high-stakes technical problems.
