Responsibilities
- Strategic Visioning: Define and articulate the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, aligning it with the company’s overall business objectives and market trends.
- Innovation Leadership: Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Quantum Computing, Advanced IoT) that will drive competitive advantage in 2026 and beyond.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives, product managers, and engineering teams to secure buy-in for long-term strategic initiatives and resource allocation.
- R&D Oversight: Lead research and development efforts to prototype and validate futuristic solutions before large-scale deployment.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of industry shifts and competitor strategies to ensure our roadmap remains agile and relevant.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology architecture, or product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
