- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership and product teams
- Integrate foresight insights into product roadmaps and R&D pipelines
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global tech forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build an organizational foresight capability
- Monitor regulatory shifts and geopolitical impacts on technology ecosystems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology forecasting, innovation strategy, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Scenario Planning)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial products or policies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, nanotech, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation portfolio
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures journals or industry whitepapers
