Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate a comprehensive 5-year technology and innovation roadmap for the organization.
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Quantum Computing, Edge Computing) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives and department heads to align technical strategies with broader business goals.
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs and R&D initiatives focused on futuristic solutions.
- Assess risks and opportunities associated with new technological implementations.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a compelling, high-conversion manner.
- Oversee the transition of legacy systems to modern, scalable architectures.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, system architecture, or futurism.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their potential business applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and drive results in a rapidly evolving environment.
- Experience with Agile, Lean, or other modern strategic frameworks.
