Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives identifying disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop integrated foresight frameworks incorporating quantum computing, biotechnology convergence, and neuro-economics
- Produce strategic white papers and scenario-planning models for C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Orchestrate cross-disciplinary hackathons with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and NASA JPL partners
- Architect 'Future Playbooks' for clients navigating post-scarcity economies and AI-augmented workforces
- Mentor a global cohort of futurists through our Nexus Fellowship program
- Represent Nexus at Davos, World Economic Forum, and UN Technology Forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent with 7+ years foresight experience
- Portfolio demonstrating published scenario-planning models adopted by Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Cross-Impact Matrix, Horizon Scanning)
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executable business strategies
- Speaking record at 3+ global innovation conferences (TED, South by Southwest, etc.)
- Fluency in at least one strategic foresight software platform (e.g., Foresight Platform, Kumu)
