- Architect innovation roadmaps aligned with UN SDGs and industry disruption timelines
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and monitor ecosystem evolution metrics
- Present strategic blueprints to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio for 2026 technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning with proven 5+ year horizon experience
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership on 2025+ technology implications
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., STEEPLE analysis)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFSD preferred)
