- Collaborate with R&D teams to identify disruptive opportunities and innovation pathways
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track organizational adaptation to emerging paradigms
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or corporate innovation roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Published thought leadership on technological or societal transformation
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Proven track record of translating future insights into executable business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for complex narrative development
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
