You'll collaborate with C-suite executives to translate foresight into actionable strategies, ensuring our organization remains ahead of innovation curves in an accelerating world.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global mega-trends and technological inflection points to predict 2026+ industry landscapes
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision implementation
- Author predictive whitepapers and thought leadership on next-paradigm technologies
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-forward solutions with 5-10 year horizons
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic indicators affecting tech adoption timelines
- Mentor innovation teams in foresight methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of accurately predicting technological disruptions (provide case studies)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, biotech) trajectories
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures to executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS, CFIP)
