Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks using advanced scenario planning methodologies
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI) and socio-economic shifts to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future trends into actionable product roadmaps and business initiatives
- Produce high-impact strategic reports and executive presentations that influence major organizational decisions
- Establish innovation pipelines for emerging markets and next-generation customer experiences
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing concepts through rapid experimentation
- Maintain a global network of futurists, academic institutions, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Technology Management, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology adoption curves
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation (articles, books, research)
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF) strongly preferred
