- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in quantum-AI convergence
- Produce quarterly strategic briefings on emerging paradigms (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human augmentation technologies
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen interfaces for quantum-entangled communication
- Represent company at global futurism forums (Davos, Singularity Summit)
- Mentor innovation teams in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or emerging technology
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent discipline
- Published research on quantum-AI synergies or neuro-technology interfaces
- Expertise in horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technology convergence patterns
- Proven track record of implementing future-vision roadmaps
