As part of our elite Future Intelligence division, you'll collaborate with quantum computing researchers, neuroscientists, and sustainable energy pioneers to develop actionable insights that will redefine industries. You'll lead high-stakes scenario-planning sessions for Fortune 500 partners and publish thought leadership in our quarterly Horizon 2026 report.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for 2026+ technology and societal disruptions across AI, biotech, and climate sectors
- Develop quantitative trend models using predictive analytics and machine learning frameworks
- Design multi-generational strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients navigating 2026 market shifts
- Facilitate executive workshops on exponential change and paradigm-breaking innovations
- Produce high-impact foresight publications and presentations for C-suite audiences
- Build and manage a global network of domain experts across emerging technology verticals
- Integrate ESG principles into all future-proofing strategies and roadmaps
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent strategic discipline
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Published thought leadership in futures or technology publications
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Experience advising C-level executives on long-term transformation strategies
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., AC/CFP preferred)
