Responsibilities

- Design disruptive business models leveraging emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Produce actionable whitepapers and keynote presentations on future-of-work implications
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Build and curate a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Advose executive leadership on systemic risks and opportunities for 2026 market shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and disruptive technology assessment
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, cross-impact matrix)
- Experience leading high-stakes transformation initiatives with measurable ROI
