Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive trend analysis across technology, markets, and societal shifts to inform 2026-2030 strategic vision

- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into product development and market expansion
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members through compelling narratives
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab focused on emerging technologies
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic outcomes and future-readiness metrics
- Represent the organization at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder influence abilities
- Published thought leadership in strategic foresight or innovation journals
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex strategic transformations
- Fluency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
