Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies and market shifts impacting 2026+
- Develop and maintain dynamic strategic foresight frameworks including scenario planning and predictive modeling
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align future-proof strategies with current operational goals
- Design and implement innovation roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech integration
- Present compelling future-state narratives to stakeholders and drive organizational change initiatives
- Establish cross-functional futurist communities to embed foresight capabilities across departments
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and technological indicators for strategic impact assessment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Management, or equivalent with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing enterprise-level strategic frameworks for 2020+ initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and predictive analytics tools
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence, climate tech
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex future concepts into executable strategies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through disruptive transformation
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation (journal articles, conference keynotes)
- Proficiency in foresight software tools (e.g., Foresight Platform, Palisade @RISK)
