Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and cultural movements to identify 2026+ inflection points
- Develop scenario-planning models for AI ethics, climate adaptation, and workforce transformation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps
- Author quarterly 'Future State Briefs' for executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Champion human-centered design principles in all technological deployments
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of predicting industry disruptions (provide portfolio examples)
- Expertise in systems thinking, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
