Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation, or futurist roles

- Proficiency in foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Experience with predictive analytics and trend visualization tools
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executable strategies
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR preferred)
