Qualifications

- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or sustainability trends
- Advanced certification in futures studies (e.g., CFCS preferred)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon scanning, Delphi method)
- Track record of implementing 5+ year strategic initiatives
- PhD or Master's in Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field
