Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology, economic, and social trends to forecast 2026-2030 industry disruptions
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for emerging markets and technologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision and priorities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive presentations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Monitor and evaluate competitor strategies and emerging threats/opportunities
- Advise C-suite on long-term capital allocation and talent development
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, Technology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite planning
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech domains
- Strong network of industry futurists and academic researchers
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
