- Produce annual 'Horizon Scan' reports identifying 50+ emerging threats and opportunities
- Design resilience protocols for black swan events and paradigm shifts in consumer behavior
- Facilitate C-level workshops on exponential growth strategies and technological singularity preparation
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation velocity and future-readiness maturity
- Partner with venture capital arm to scout 2026-disruptive startups and emerging tech ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy leadership
- Advanced certification in Futures Studies or equivalent from WFS or APF
