Responsibilities

- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives across 5+ industries
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with data-driven strategic recommendations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex foresight insights into executable product roadmaps and investment priorities
- Mentor junior futurists and spearhead cross-functional innovation sprints
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Portfolio demonstrating published forecasts or scenario-planning frameworks
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech trajectories
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, System Dynamics)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with global trend analysis and geopolitical impact assessment
