Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze global megatrends through 2026+ using proprietary predictive modeling
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive technological shifts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging paradigm shifts
- Quantify future market opportunities through data-driven risk analysis
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, neurotech)
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools and predictive analytics platforms
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executable business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating future scenarios
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or successful innovation roadmaps
