Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2026-2030 horizon) to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating quantum computing, AGI, and bioconvergence solutions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align R&D priorities with future market demands
- Produce trend forecasts and scenario planning documents for executive decision-making
- Partner with product teams to incubate 2026-era innovation pipelines
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight intelligence network
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, climate tech, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurism journals
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis tools
