- Analyze emerging tech signals (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology) for competitive advantage
- Design human-centered frameworks for ethical adoption of transformative technologies
- Present strategic foresight findings to C-suite and investor boards
- Build external partnerships with academic labs and government innovation initiatives
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership within tech/biotech sectors
- Proven track record of forecasting market shifts (3-5 year horizon minimum)
- Expertise in systems thinking and scenario modeling methodologies
- Published research or patents in future technology domains
- MBA or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Experience scaling global innovation ecosystems across 3+ continents
- Portfolio showcasing 2020+ technology predictions with validated impact
