As a key member of our Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives across Fortune 500 companies to reframe challenges as opportunities. You'll leverage foresight methodologies, scenario planning, and trend analysis to develop actionable strategies that position organizations at the forefront of 2026's technological and societal landscape.
Responsibilities
- Develop and publish quarterly 2026 Trend Impact Reports analyzing AI, biotech, and climate convergence
- Design immersive scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership teams
- Create strategic roadmaps for 5-year digital transformation initiatives
- Lead cross-functional 'Horizon Scanning' teams identifying disruptive innovations
- Present findings to C-suite clients through compelling data visualizations
- Build and maintain a proprietary foresight intelligence database
- Mentor junior futurists in emerging methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing successful long-term strategic frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futures or strategy publications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ multi-year strategic implementations
