Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies, market shifts, and societal trends impacting 2026
- Develop quantitative scenario models and strategic frameworks for long-term planning cycles
- Champion innovation workshops with cross-functional teams to generate future-ready solutions
- Produce executive-ready foresight reports with actionable recommendations and risk mitigation strategies
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and industry pioneers
- Drive cultural transformation initiatives to embed future-thinking across organizational DNA
- Mentor high-potential talent in strategic foresight methodologies and innovation practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systemic thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future-proofing initiatives
- Experience leading global teams across cultural and technological boundaries
