Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology sectors
- Lead scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives to prepare for disruptive shifts
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Author quarterly foresight reports predicting industry transformations
- Design pilot programs for emerging technologies with $5M+ innovation budget
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent experience in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Strategic Innovation
- 10+ years in technology strategy consulting or corporate R&D leadership
- Published research on 4th Industrial Revolution implications
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI ethics, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives
- Strong network with global innovation ecosystems
