Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and disruptive technologies to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Establish competitive intelligence frameworks for emerging markets
- Author thought leadership publications and patent disclosures
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential tech domains (AI, quantum, bio, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Proficiency in futures research tools (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, etc.)
- Experience with agile innovation methodologies
