- Develop strategic scenarios and roadmaps for 3-5 year horizon planning
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align leadership on future-state vision
- Produce trend briefings and white papers for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Monitor geopolitical and technological shifts impacting industry trajectories
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business impact
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio of published trend analyses or future scenarios
