Qualifications

- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for executive audiences
- Experience with horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi, PESTLE, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic initiatives launched 3+ years prior
- Deep understanding of global megatrends (demographic shifts, climate resilience, digital sovereignty)
