Responsibilities

- Design ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems deployment
- Produce quarterly horizon scanning reports identifying emerging threats/opportunities
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Present strategic visions to executive boards and investor forums
- Mentor junior futurists in predictive modeling and systems thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI
- Proven track record of implementing future-oriented strategies in Fortune 500 environments
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, Foresight Platform)
- Published thought leadership in tech ethics or disruptive innovation
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP)
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
