Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision roadmap through multi-year horizon scanning
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, bio-integration, neural interfaces) for market disruption potential
- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast societal shifts and consumer behavior evolution
- Design scenario-planning models for geopolitical and technological uncertainty
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proofing principles into development lifecycles
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build and maintain an external network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into market-ready initiatives
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
