- Develop quantitative and qualitative models for long-term risk/opportunity assessment
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Cultivate an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author annual '2026 Horizon Report' with validated predictions and strategic imperatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
