Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Strategic Foresight Framework using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology sectors
- Produce executive-level scenario planning documents for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs for trend validation
- Design and deploy organizational readiness assessments for 2026 technology adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and executive leadership quarterly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and societal impact
- Proven track record of developing actionable strategic frameworks for 5+ year horizons
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or similar methodology preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future scenario implementation
