Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Lead innovation sprints to prototype future-facing business models and value propositions
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into development roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track organizational adaptation metrics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies and their market implications
- Advanced degree in Business Strategy, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFSD) preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation projects
- Deep understanding of global socioeconomic and technological megatrends
