Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for AI ethics, quantum computing, and neurotech integration
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype next-gen solutions in simulated future environments
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging threats/opportunities in decentralized systems
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation strategies with global regulatory frameworks
- Present strategic foresight insights to Fortune 500 clients and UN task forces
- Drive R&D investments in climate-positive technologies for 2026 implementation
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning and probabilistic modeling techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, emerging tech consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record publishing in IEEE Futures or Nature Technology Reviews
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and generative adversarial networks
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., SWOT, STEEP-V)
- Deep understanding of post-quantum cryptography and blockchain 3.0
- Experience securing DARPA/NASA grants for future-focused projects
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python/R preferred)
- PhD in Systems Engineering, Computational Physics, or Futurology
