Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological, social, and economic shifts
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for C-suite executives across multiple industries
- Facilitate scenario planning workshops with Fortune 500 stakeholders
- Author thought leadership reports on future of work, AI governance, and sustainable innovation
- Drive innovation pipeline development through future-focused R&D partnerships
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities within client organizations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of delivering executive-level strategic roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or future trends
