- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum computing applications and AI-driven solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with NASA, DARPA, and academic research institutions
- Oversee the incubation of 3-5 moonshot projects with $20M+ annual R&D budgets
- Present innovation roadmaps to Fortune 500 clients and investor consortiums
- Drive adoption of emerging tech standards (Web4.0, Neural Interfaces, etc.)
- Mentor a team of 15+ innovation specialists and PhD researchers
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation with proven success in tech disruption
- Expertise in quantum computing, AGI development, or neuromorphic systems
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (Nature, MIT Tech Review)
- Track record of scaling innovations from prototype to commercialization
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies preferred
- Security clearance for government collaborative projects
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026-relevant breakthroughs
