Responsibilities

- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies for policy co-creation
- Mentor innovation fellows through our Future Leaders Accelerator program
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-backed recommendations
- Monitor emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology) for competitive advantage
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning with demonstrated impact on multi-year roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or climate-tech transformation
- Proficiency in strategic modeling tools (e.g., Palisade @Risk, AnyLogic)
- Experience scaling innovation labs from concept to enterprise-wide implementation
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and regulatory frameworks for emerging tech
