Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or R&D leadership with 5+ years in tech-forward industries
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products that generated $100M+ revenue
- Expertise in emerging technologies (Generative AI, Web3, synthetic biology) and their commercial applications
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex technical and market insights into actionable strategies
- Experience building and leading high-performing multidisciplinary innovation teams
- Strong network within Silicon Valley's tech and venture capital ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred
