Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 innovation roadmaps for quantum computing, climate tech, and neuro interfaces
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype next-gen solutions with 3+ year horizons
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technologies in partnership with UN bodies
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships with DARPA and EU Horizon
- Present future scenarios to C-suite boards and industry coalitions
- Mentor fellows in futures methodology and exponential technology assessment
- Author white papers on 2026 workforce transformation and AI symbiosis
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years focused on 5+ year horizon planning
- Proven track record scaling moonshot projects ($10M+ budgets)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI safety
- Published futurist with speaking credits at TED Global or Davos
- Advanced degree in Systems Engineering, Futures Studies, or equivalent
- Fluency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Shell Foresight, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Portfolio of 3+ implemented future-shaping initiatives
