Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning exponential technologies with market disruption opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing breakthrough solutions across AI, biotech, and climate tech domains
- Identify and evaluate emerging trends (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neurotech) for strategic integration
- Build and maintain ecosystem partnerships with research institutions, VCs, and industry pioneers
- Drive commercialization of lab innovations through rapid prototyping and go-to-market strategies
- Present vision and progress to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Foster a culture of radical innovation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership with 5+ years in exponential tech domains
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough innovations in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Executive presence with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA/PhD preferred) from top-tier institution
- Portfolio demonstrating transformational impact on business models or industries
- Experience leading global innovation teams in matrix organizations
- Published thought leadership in innovation strategy or future trends
