Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in ideating, prototyping, and launching next-gen solutions targeting 2026 market needs
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess their disruptive potential for our industry
- Establish KPIs and frameworks to measure innovation ROI and track progress toward 2026 milestones
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and integrate transformative startups into our ecosystem
- Present strategic foresight reports to stakeholders, translating complex future scenarios into actionable plans
- Champion a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking across the organization
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology leadership with proven 5+ year foresight track record
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their commercial applications post-2025
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex future scenarios and systemic risks
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous, high-impact transformation initiatives
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Portfolio showcasing successful strategic frameworks implemented with measurable future impact
- Strong network within innovation ecosystems (VCs, labs, industry disruptors)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFSD, CIPM) highly desirable
