Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in C-suite strategy roles
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Systems Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Published author on exponential technology trends (H-index >20)
- Track record of scaling ventures from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Expertise in scenario planning for geopolitical and climate disruption
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation platforms
- Security clearance for national innovation initiatives preferred
