- Establish KPIs and analytics dashboards to measure innovation ROI and future-readiness metrics
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through compelling business cases and stakeholder presentations
- Mentor a 12-person innovation lab team while fostering a culture of calculated risk-taking
- Partner with C-suite to embed future-proof principles across all business units
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or technology consulting with proven 5-year roadmap delivery
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or carbon-neutral tech stacks
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on future systems
- Track record of securing >$3M innovation budgets and delivering ROI-positive future-focused projects
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes (e.g., AI ethics frameworks, ESG mandates) for 2026
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across executive, technical, and investor audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS, SFI) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating at least two major initiatives launched with 5+ year horizons
