Responsibilities

- Lead $5M+ R&D initiatives focused on next-gen sustainable technologies
- Establish strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic institutions
- Drive agile development cycles for prototyping and rapid iteration of 2026-viable solutions
- Mentor a high-performing team of 15+ specialists across data science, engineering, and design
- Present innovation blueprints to the board and secure $50M+ in funding for strategic projects
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to maintain first-mover advantage
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership within Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Proven track record of launching 3+ transformative products/services with $100M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing) and sustainability frameworks
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation grants or venture capital
- Fluency in agile, lean, and design thinking methodologies with PMP/Scrum certification
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with C-suite/board presentation experience
