Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the Product Vision for 2026, aligning stakeholders on long-term strategic goals.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and discovery to launch and iteration.
- Identify emerging technologies and trends (e.g., AI, Quantum Readiness) to integrate into our product roadmap.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Analyze market data and user feedback to drive product decisions and optimize user experience.
- Manage a high-performing team of product managers and designers to ensure agile delivery.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully launching complex products in competitive markets.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and the ability to translate them into business value.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred.
