Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Technology Roadmap, identifying key innovations and infrastructure upgrades required to meet long-term business goals.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning initiatives to drive operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate high-level business strategy into actionable technical requirements.
- Oversee the security and scalability of the enterprise infrastructure, ensuring 99.99% uptime and data integrity.
- Mentor and develop high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct market research to assess emerging technologies and competitor advancements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Strategic Technology Leadership or a similar senior engineering role.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformations and AI implementation strategies.
- Strong proficiency in cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP) and microservices.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on Future-Proofing business models.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
