Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the 2026 Strategic Vision, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential threats for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Manage cross-functional project teams to deliver key strategic initiatives on time and within budget.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of 2026 initiatives and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with R&D and Product teams to integrate futuristic technologies into our core offerings.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions to support rapid growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or senior leadership roles.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, long-term strategic projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and forecast future market shifts.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
