Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology, economic, and social trends to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for emerging disruptions (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Lead strategic workshops with executive teams to align on future-proof initiatives
- Author thought leadership reports and present at industry conferences
- Design innovation roadmaps for product development and market expansion
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-focused solutions
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across departments
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal shifts
- Experience advising C-suite executives on future strategy
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Strong data visualization and presentation skills
