Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast technology trends through 2026, including AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Develop strategic roadmaps for next-generation product ecosystems and service architectures
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, research labs, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications and industry whitepapers
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget for experimental R&D projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with proven impact on future-oriented initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional data modeling and predictive analytics skills
- Track record of translating complex concepts into executable business strategies
- Published thought leadership in recognized industry publications
- Experience managing R&D budgets and experimental project portfolios
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
